Pixar At The Movies!!

Come experience a menu inspired by some of our favorite Pixar movies! For the first time in Spice Box history, FSHN 145 students will execute a meal theme of their very own!

  • Bread Service: Pizza Planet Bread Sticks* ** Soft Italian style bread sticks served with a fire roasted tomato dipping sauce. Inspired by Pixar's very first film, Toy Story!
  • Appetizer: Mushrooms a la Remy* Roasted mushroom caps filled with gruyere and fresh rosemary. Inspired by Pixar's Ratatouille.
  • Salad: The S.C.R.E.A.M. Salad* Sunflower kernels, Croutons, Red onion, English cucumber, and Montchevre goat cheese. Served with a Roz-berry and Boo-berry vinaigrette! Inspired by Pixar's Monsters Inc.
  • Entree: Shark Bait Hoo Ha Ha A pan seared cod fillet served on a bed of whipped potatoes and cauliflower with a homemade beurre blanc sauce.Inspired by Pixar's Finding Nemo.
  • Dessert: Edna (a la) Mode* A dessert fabulous enough to impress Edna herself. A homemade date cake drizzled with a brandy caramel sauce and served with vanilla bean ice cream. Inspired by Pixar's The Incredibles.

  • The Hudson Hornet* Bermuda black rum, triple sec, ginger beer, and a slice of lime. Inspired by Pixar's Cars. $5.00
  • Edna (a la) Mode A dessert fabulous enough to impress Edna herself. A homemade date cake drizzled with brandy caramel sauce and served with vanilla bean ice cream. Inspired by Pixar's The Incredibles. $5.00
