  • Entrée- Marching Illini Sliders A snapshot of my experiences with the Marching Illini as we traveled to Ireland and New York City! A Reuben slider with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a homemade Thousand Island dressing. An "Orange and Blue" slider with an orange buffalo sauce and a blue cheese aioli. A classic NYC style slider with tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese and ketchup All with a side of sweet potato fries & coleslaw
  • Dessert- Macy's Parade New York Styled Cheesecake Rich and delicious cheesecake with an Irish cream whipped cream and a blueberry sauce.
