I LOVE NEW YORK – by Laura Meltzer

On Friday, April 19th, the Spice Box invites you to celebrate a beautiful blend of tradition, culture, and community by enjoying an immersive dining experience that highlights both the cultural and culinary significance of Jewish delis in New York City. Jewish delis have played a vital role in shaping the city’s food culture and are considered institutions of the American culinary landscape. Iconic foods, such as bagels, lox, and pastrami sandwiches, introduced to the U.S. through Jewish immigrants in New York, have become synonymous with American cuisine.
